I designed this wellness journal with lots of help from my brilliant Seasalt colleagues to help organise self-care. The front cover is my favourite spot in the pines near St Anthony’s head.
It has has space to make notes and reflect on sleep, food, activity, mood, thoughts, etc for 70 days. The date on each page is blank so you can stop and start as required. There are also mindfulness tips and pages for goals, lists, and general notes. With patterned endpapers and illustrations of Cornwall throughout.
