Created for the National Maritime Museum Cornwall to feature on tea towels, bags, notebooks, mugs, postcards and other items.
I started with some sketches on Pendennis Point and used them to create a three colour design showing a tall ship sailing out to sea past St Anthony’s Lighthouse. Lastly, I adapted the artwork to fit all the different sizes and formats. Making the wide, panoramic versions for the mug and notebook was particularly fun.
The items are available exclusively in the museum shop and profits from the sales will support their restoration, conservation and education programmes. Thanks so much to the museum team for letting me work on this super lovely project!
